Prices for a company event in Paris
Prices are written down, which is unusual in this market. Nobody should have to hand over a phone number to find out whether a supplier fits a budget, least of all someone building one from another country.
One package, options on top
The evening package covers the DJ, the sound system, the dance floor lighting, the microphones, the setup inside the venue's build slot and the breakdown after your guests leave. Everything else is an option with its own price: speech microphones, video projection, room lighting in your brand colours, a vinyl bar, a photo booth, an additional hour, a second DJ for long formats.
The total calculates in front of you on the price page. Each line is separate so that you can arbitrate line by line rather than argue about a single figure, which is also what an internal budget approval needs.
Four things are included and never reappear: travel within Île-de-France, the site visit when we do not know the venue, the backup equipment in the van, and the build time. Those are precisely the lines on which a quote inflates after signature.
VAT, purchase orders and payment
No VAT is charged, under the French small-business exemption of article 293 B. The quoted figure is the final figure and there is nothing to reclaim. When comparing suppliers across countries this matters: our figure sits against a VAT-inclusive quote, not against a pre-tax one.
The quote is accepted by signature or against a purchase order, whichever your process requires, and the invoice afterwards carries its reference. Supplier onboarding documents are provided in advance on request. We do not ask for a deposit on corporate bookings.
Payment is by bank transfer after the event, on the terms set out in the quote. International transfers are routine.
What makes two quotes differ
Owned equipment or equipment hired by the day. A supplier hiring passes the cost on and cannot carry a backup system, because that would have to be hired too. In December, when every rental company in Paris is out of stock, that difference becomes a risk rather than a saving.
The person. Some agencies sell the service and assign a DJ a fortnight out. You then have a brand rather than someone, and no way of knowing who walks in. Ask at the first exchange who will be behind the decks and whether you can speak to them.
The time. A package that looks cheap often hides a build counted to the minute and a breakdown charged separately. Build time is the most common adjustment variable in a quote and the one that shows most on the night.

Is VAT added?
No, none. We operate under article 293 B of the French tax code: the quoted figure is final.
Do you require a deposit?
Not on corporate bookings. The quote secures the date, and the invoice is settled after the event on the terms written into it.
Do prices change for a December date?
No. A Thursday in December costs what a Thursday in March costs. What changes in season is availability, not the rate.
Can you provide insurance and technical documents?
Yes, sent two weeks before the event without being asked twice, along with anything your procurement team needs for supplier onboarding.
